This is a remake of the original [link] by hermitsrme on LJ. Hes been doing a series of Doctor themed pictures so look at them, they're not bad.

I love the poses he uses and I was inspired by 10 in 8-ish clothes (a combination of two of my favorites... how dangerous) I added the key/cane because I didn't want to figure out Rose's left arm and his hands looked empty. Maybe its a sonic cane?

EDIT: You know, looking back on this a day later Rose looks a bit busty and chunky... c'est la vie I suppose. Might change it if I decide to color it later.

he's on livejournal, and is quite active in some of the dw-art circles if you ever need to find him again.

You mean the philosophy of science one? On what defines science and how this has changed with examples of archaic theories. I find it quite illuminating to write about this for a general audience as the feedback (what I get of it anyway) can ask questions I'd never have thought of, or demonstrate why the theory ends up the way it does when the penny drops.

That could be truely fascinating. My favorite thing to think about science wise is the influence of the media on science, you know the whole Star Trek syndrome. I love watching shows and figuring out if the things they're doing are really possible from a scientific standpoint.

Hey, that could be something we'd publish! I've got a link to our latest newsletter in my one and only journal entry, check it out.
Art wise, we're after images to accompany and illuminate text pieces, cover images which may fit in a with an issue theme, marginal sketches and sketches to drop in anywhere, and indeed absolutely anything. Doctor Who oriented for our Who themed Chameleon Factor.
